The Plaque
We currently have over 2,500 plaques so far on our wall and there are plans in place to build a wall opposite to mirror the existing wall and for further plaques.
The plaques measure 19.5cm x 4.5cm roughly the size of a house brick as that is what they are placed on with strong all weather adhesive.
We have brigades from all over the country plus AFS and NFS, company brigades, civil defence and airport fire services.
Name you would want on the plaque, brigade served and brigade emblem.
A plaque costs £10, which covers the printing and left over goes towards the upkeep of the site.
We order in batches of 10, once we have 10 it takes two weeks from order to delivery.
Ceremonies are sorted once we receive the order for 10 plaques. More info can be found on our events page.
A cermoney takes about 15 minutes.
There is no limit on people attending.
There is no cafe onsite, but we can provide tea and coffee and sometimes cake. We do have tables that can be used for picnics.
